Promising since his debut, Arthur embodies the new generation of drivers and is establishing himself as a champion to watch. Today, he is supported by the FFSA Académie and encouraged by his sports sponsor Pierre GASLY since 2019.
Arthur confirmed the hopes placed in him by winning the French OKJ FFSA championship and then finishing 1st in the prestigious FIA Académie world trophy. He won brilliantly in a breathless finale. A great first for a Frenchman after Antoine HUBERT’s 2ᵉ place in 2010 and Charles LECLERC’s victory in 2011. With this title, Arthur is also the youngest driver to receive a Volant d’Or. A real accolade which underlines the FFSA’s commitment to him.
A real diamond in the rough, the coming years will enable him to strengthen his knowledge and piloting skills. The aim is to reach the top category: Formula 1.
The coming year promises to be a crucial one for Arthur, with two key moments that will bring him closer to his ambitious goal.
First of all, it will kick off the season with a series of four preparatory meetings on the Spanish championship calendar. These will take place in Jerez on February 11, Valencia on February 18, Aragon on March 3, and finally Barcelona on March 10. This first phase of the season will serve as a springboard for Arthur as he prepares to face the challenges of the championship.
After that, the heart of the season will be focused on the seven championship races of France. Arthur will do his utmost to demonstrate his determination during key stages, including Nogaro on March 31, Ledenon on May 12, Spa on June 23, Nürburgring on July 28, Magny Cours on August 25, Dijon on September 15, and finally, the iconic event at Le Castellet on October 6.
The year 2024 represents an exceptional opportunity for Arthur to reach a new milestone: becoming French Formula 4 champion.
